Jordan A. Carroll

Jordan A. Carroll joined Morrissey, Hawkins & Lynch as an associate attorney after graduating from law school in 2018. Jordan assists in all practice areas of the firm including trust and estate planning, business planning, and civil litigation. Within the practice area of civil litigation, Jordan has assisted in the representation of clients in the construction and real estate industries, representing property owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Jordan has also represented clients in trust and estate litigation, including will contests. In a non-adversarial context, Jordan represents landlords and property management companies who are in need of drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial leases, as well as businesses in need of formation, restructuring, and general contract review. In the trust and estate planning context, Jordan helps individuals and families with their estate planning needs and filing probate.

Jordan is currently licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, and Rhode Island.

Jordan received her law degree from Suffolk University Law School, graduating cum laude in May of 2018. While attending Suffolk University Law School, Jordan was a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, Content Editor for the Journal of High Technology Law, and a member of the Accelerator-to-Practice Program and Clinic. Through the Accelerator Clinic, Jordan was able to work as a 3:03 certified student attorney during her final year of law school and handled residential housing cases as well as cases involving employment discrimination and wage theft.

Before attending law school, Jordan graduated cum laude from Stonehill College in 2015 where she earned a BSBA in Accounting and a BA in Political Science with a concentration in Public Administration. While at Stonehill, Jordan co-founded a nonprofit organization for children with special needs and disabilities, and continues to advocate in her community regarding adequate programming for children with special needs.

Jordan resides in North Easton, Massachusetts with her husband and daughter.
