Colleen E. Abcunas

Colleen Abcunas joined Morrissey, Hawkins & Lynch as a trust officer in 2006. After graduating from law school in 2012, Colleen became an associate at the firm and more recently became a partner with the firm in 2020. Colleen concentrates her practice in estate planning and administration, trust administration and related business planning and tax matters. Jordan A. Carroll

Jordan A. Carroll joined Morrissey, Hawkins & Lynch as an associate attorney after graduating from law school in 2018. Jordan assists in all practice areas of the firm including trust and estate planning, business planning, and civil litigation. Within the practice area of civil litigation, Jordan has assisted in the representation of clients in the construction and real estate industries, representing property owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. David C. Hawkins

David C. Hawkins

David C. Hawkins received both his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Harvard University, graduating in 1960 and 1964 respectively. Dave served as an Assistant Attorney General to Massachusetts from 1967 to 1969, and as a Special Assistant Attorney General from 1969 to 1972. He joined the law firm Withington, Cross, Park & Groden in 1969 and became partner in 1970.  Read Bio

Michael G. Lynch

Michael G. Lynch received his law degree from Suffolk University, graduating cum laude in 1983. Mr. Lynch received his undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont in 1978. At Suffolk University Mr. Lynch was a member of the Suffolk University Law Review, serving as Executive Editor from 1982 to 1983. He authored Applying Offensive Collateral Estoppel to the Asbestos Cases, which was published in the law review in the fall of 1982.  Read Bio

Paul R. Mordarski is a partner at Morrissey, Hawkins & Lynch and is licensed to practice law in both Massachusetts and Connecticut. Over the past twenty-five years, Paul has concentrated his legal practice primarily in the areas of construction litigation, commercial litigation, business law, estate law, and probate litigation. Robert F. Robert J. Morrissey

Robert J. Morrissey received his law degree from the Harvard Law School in 1963. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors from Boston College in 1960. Upon finishing law school, he joined the firm of Withington, Cross, Park & Groden and became a partner six years later at the age of 30. Thereafter, Mr. Morrissey co-founded Morrissey & Hawkins in 1990, now Morrissey, Hawkins & Lynch. Mr. Morrissey has served as a Trustee of Boston College since 1980 and is Chairman of the Boston College Investment and Endowment Committee.  Read Bio

Andrea M. Weltman

Andrea M. Weltman joined Morrissey, Hawkins & Lynch in March 2005 and became a partner with the firm in 2017. Andrea concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate and estate administration, and trust administration.
